Delivery timeframes are a live representation at the time of ordering and are subject to change. If you've already placed an order, please check your shipping confirmation email for your specific delivery timeframe and tracking link.
Things you need to know...

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

All delivery timeframes start from the day after you place the order unless specified. (confirm with ODEO/ Davinci)

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email from the store to the contact email used for the order.
Please note it can sometimes take up to 3 days for your tracking link to update.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 1-2 business days, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.
In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or Customs Fees.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you. (add email)
How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?
US orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted. International orders normally arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping.
Please note that your order needs to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
There seems to be a delay with the delivery of my order. How can I find out more information?
You can track your order at any time using your unique tracking number. Your unique tracking number is included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
If there are delivery issues we will do what we can to help you receive your order as quickly as possible however F45 Store is not responsible for deliveries once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Should you experience delays or issues with your delivery after you’ve received your Shipping Confirmation email, we recommend you contact the delivery service listed in your Shipping Confirmation email and quote your unique tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.
My order is shipping to a country outside of the United States. Will I have to pay customs/import fees to receive my order?
Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; F45 Store is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.
Custom fees are calculated based on the contents of each package. If an order arrives via multiple packages, custom fees will not increase but rather be collected upon import of each package.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to F45 Store. Once we receive your package we will contact you to determine if you’d like it re-sent for a fee or the product cost refunded. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.

What is Customs Duty?
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called 'Customs Duty' that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
If Customs Duty is required by your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on your country's specific regulations.
If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
Do I need to pay Customs Duty fees to F45?
Duties and taxes will not be charged to you at checkout. For international orders duties and taxes are applicable at the destination country. Customs charges will be issued by your local customs authority. Please see below for further information.
What if I don't pay the Customs Duty?
If you decide to refuse the customs fees when goods arrive at the destination border, your goods will not be released to you and you may incur additional fees for storage or return to sender.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.
What is a Sales Tax?
Sales Tax, also known as VAT or GST/HST/PST, is a tax charged on the supply of goods or services. F45 is generally registered for Sales Tax in all of the countries it ships to, so we'll charge you the Sales Tax as part of the checkout process. We collect Sales Tax from you on behalf of the local tax authorities and we then pay this directly to the local tax authority.
How do discounts and special offers work?
Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand. Discounts cannot be applied after purchase or on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, or handling and processing charges. The purchaser must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, promo, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Returns or cancellations of any portion of a purchase requires equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. F45 has the right to end or modify any promotion at any time at its sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.
